Syndetics uses a strategy workshop process, creating a strategy composed of nine distinct elements. With our support the capture team identifies, assigns, and tracks win actions from each of these nine elements in the documented strategy ensuring that those elements are ready for implementation with the receipt of the Final RFP. This is particularly valuable on large proposals where activities of the proposal team must be managed efficiently and effectively prior to the receipt of the Final RFP. Additionally, the documented strategy and resulting win plan serve as consensus building tools across multiple business units within the client community and between the primes, their teammates, and key subcontractors. Regular strategy updates with senior leadership ensure the strategy evolves as appropriate over time in response to customer changes and/or competitive realignments.
